Bucharest City Tour

Get into the vibe and visit some of Bucharest’s most talked about landmarks

Decentralization is a worldwide phenomenon so why not see the world while celebrating it?  Tour the beautiful and historic Eastern European city Bucharest and get to know fellow decentralization speakers, sponsors and evangelists in the first day of the event. 

The tour will start in the morning at 09:00AM and following a five hour itinerary will show you the most interesting sights of Bucharest downtown.

The itinerary will include:

  • The Palace of Parliament (Palatul Parlamentului) – the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon
  • Union Square (Piata Unirii)
  • University Square (Piata Universitatii)
  • Soutzu Palace (Palatul Sutu), built by Grigore Costache Soutzu in 1834

The tour will include a lunch in the Old City Center, one of the most vibrant areas of Bucharest.

Trip to Transylvania

Peles Castle & Bran Castle tours

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, February 23

Immerse yourself in the life of kings and rulers such as the famous Vlad Tepes (Dracula) and get a taste of Transylvania

The VIP Coach Bus to Sinaia will first stop for the legendary Peles Royal Castle, the summer residence of the Romanian Royal family.
Tour continues with a picturesque drive from Sinaia to Bran and makes next stop at the famous Bran Castle, also known as Dracula’s Castle

Heading back we will stop for a short walking tour in Brasov downtown central square, just to show you how a typical Transylvanian old city looked like, and to admire the most important sites of this beautiful city: The Council Square, The Council Tower, The Black Church, The Rope Street, The White and Black Towers, The Schei Gate.
