Anitha Vadavatha


Anitha Vadavatha is an alumna of Singularity University EP & Future of Medicine and founding Co-Ambassador of SingularityU San Francisco Chapter. She has a deep interest in the intersection of applying exponential technologies to impact and innovate for billions.

Currently Anitha is Founder of Misu Labs, developing projects around New Space and Demographic Dividends. She is an innovation & global strategist and a consultant with ExO Works, a network built to catapult established organizations into the world of exponential thinking in order to help them successfully navigate the fourth industrial revolution. She is part of core team of REDX (Rethinking Engineering Design Execution), a flip innovation and venture platform focused on digital technologies & AI to solve the most pressing challenges within our communities. Anitha is a mentor & advisor to startups in Silicon Valley, Atlanta & India in bio/life sciences, digital health, AI, edtech & space.

She is an invited delegate to MIT Media Lab’s Emerging Worlds, NOVUS at UN General Assembly (SDGs) and HOPE Global Annual meetings (Financial Inclusion); besides being part of Code For India (CFI) and a founding member of Project Kalpana Chawla (KC) Scholarship.

Previously, she has about 15 years of corporate, management consulting & startup experience in Financial Services, Technology, Education & Non-Profit industries in india & US interfacing with emerging markets. Nominated for Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40 and a recipient of Outstanding Leadership award from World Affairs Council of Atlanta Young Leaders. She frequently speaks on AI, smart cities, exponential thinking & future of work; and she has led many topical thought leadership dialogs on Leading in the new world economy, democracy & development, global markets, globalization & emerging economies.
